Material Staging in the Mobile Application
When staging an order from the mobile application, there are two important things to keep in mind:
1. All Open Production Orders will show up, this includes inactive open orders (orders that are open but do not show up in “Insert Production”). Staging material for them will activate them.
Inactive Orders will show up with a grey overlay, indicating that they are inactive.
2. You can see the percentage of material that has been staged already for that order.
To illustrate this, you can check the example below, where we will have 3 Production Orders, two open and active (but one of them has had 50% of the material needed already staged), and one open and inactive order.

Here you can choose which order you want to stage for, choose the raw materials and locations you are staging from, and confirm the movement.
It is also possible to activate production orders on the tablet by staging a part of their materials. Therefore, by doing this, the order will be active and available for operators in the ‘Insert Production’ menu.
Example
1. Choose the PO "Open and Inactive".
2. Choose the material "Wood".
At this point, the worker can view additional details by selecting the "Info" button (1) or "Suspend" (2) the Material Staging process (2).
Info (1)
Product code and produced quantity vs. ordered quantity
Total material added: Total amount of material staged so far for this PO.
Production Order Total: Total quantity required for the Production Order.
To go: Remaining quantity of material to be staged.
Previously added: List of materials that have already been staged with date and time.
Suspend (2): Allows the worker to suspend the material staging process.
If a note is added, it will be reflected in the Notes field of the Production Order.
If the process is suspended without adding a note, a default message "Raw materials missing", along with the date and time, will be automatically added to the Notes field of the Production Order.
3. Select the Lot/Batch you want to stage or select "No Lot" if not applicable.
4. Select the Warehouse and Warehouse Location.
5. Enter the quantity and click OK.
After completing these steps, the previously Open and Inactive Production Order becomes Active, allowing the worker to start production.
