The "Team Operations" option is used when you can't/don't want or it doesn't make sense to separate the quantity produced per worker within the same team or group operation.
This means that the final produced quantity is produced by the team as a whole.
How to setup a Team Operation
For an operation to be performed in a group/team, you need to activate it:
1. Go to operations menu (1) and find the operation you want to set up as a Team Operation. To make this process easier, you can either use the table filters (2) or the search bar (3). Afterwards, press "Edit" (4) on the desired operation.
2. In the Operation's screen, select the "Team Operation" option.
On the mobile app, Team Operations will present a team symbol, as shown below:

Closing a Team Operation
When closing a Team Operation there are several buttons presented:
1. Close Team Button (1)
When a Team Operation ends, it can be easily closed by only one of its members.
The produced amount should represent the total produced by all the team's elements (workers) up until that point in time.
In the confirmation screen, simply select the "Close Team" button, as shown in the below example:
The quantities will be divided by all the elements of the team, according to the time that each one spent performing this operation. Workers that entered the team earlier will have a superior amount when compared to workers who joined later:
2. Submit Button (4)
As the operation goes by, one of its elements (workers) needs to abandon it. This element (worker) should check-out and indicate the quantity that the whole team produced up until this point in time, using the "Confirm" button.
When the remaining elements finish their work, they should indicate the total finished amount (including the quantities already registered by the members that had previously abandoned the operation).
Example:
Worker 11, who leaves the team earlier, indicates that the team produced 1 unit;
Worker 12, who closes the the Team Operation, indicates that the team finished 9 units;
Total finished amount - 9 units.
Moment when a single worker leaves the team:
Final moment, when a team finishes the operation:
In both cases, the quantities will be divided by all the team's elements, according to the time each one spent performing the operation. Workers that spent more time, will have a higher distribution of quantities attributed to themselves.
3. New Team Production Button (2)
If you want to start a new team operation with the same team, simply press the button "New Team Production".
You'll be asked to select the Production Order, Product and Team Operation you want to start. Records for all the team elements (workers) will be opened simultaneously. Please check image below:
4. Confirm and Create Another (3)
Only the record for the worker who signed in will be closed (with the quantity produced by the team so far), and a new record will be created based on the worker's selection (PO, Product, Operation).This new record, does not need to be a team record.
Assuming the action was preformed with "Worker 2" the behavior will be the one displayed on the image below:
