Join your colleagues in a team operation

The Join Existing Team button is a quick way to join your colleagues to perform a team operation. This feature is only available for Team Operations. Click here to know what a Team Operation is, when should it be used, and how to set it up.

Please notice that joining an existing team requires, first of all, that a team operation has been previously started via Insert Production button by a different worker.

To take full advantage of this button, follow the next steps:

1. Click the Join existing team tablet button.

2. Enter the worker number

3. Select the team that the worker will be working with.

After this step, the records will be displayed on the back office with a team operation icon on the workers' column. Workers belonging to the same team will have the same icon color.

Moreover, if you'd like to filter the records by a specific team, you can click on the icon highlighted above.
