Machine status via the backoffice interface

Written by Vânia Lourenço

In the Machine Status screen, it's possible to have a live overview of the machine status in the factory. As such, it's possible to know in real-time what each machine is currently being used for.

1. Navigate to the Machines menu (1) and click on the Status (2) to get into the Machine Status page.

Every machine's status is represented by a distinct color. There are four machine statuses, each with a distinct color:

  • Available (Blue): When a machine is not producing, but it's still during its schedule.

  • Working (Green): When a production in progress is assigned to the machine. It's possible to view the machine code, the worker initials, which production order, product and operation is being done, the quantity left to finish.

  • Stopped (Red): When the machine is associated to a factory stoppage (planned or not), it shows the downtime reason code and the worker initials.

  • Out of schedule (Dark Grey): When the machine shift hasn't started, it shows the shift of the machine.

2. Apply filters as desired

  • Section: Only machines from the selected section will be shown. Click here to learn more about Sections.

  • Search bar: search by machine code.
