Every worker's status is represented by a distinct color. There are 5 worker status that comprehend the following behaviors and meanings:

  • Working (Green): When a production in progress is assigned to the worker. It's possible to view which production order and operation is being done, and the quantity left to finish.

  • Stopped (Red): When the worker is associated to a factory stoppage (planned or not).

  • No records today (Yellow): When there is no production record until that moment, which implies that the worker hasn't registered any production record during its schedule.

FAQs

1. Why is the total work time showing more than the worker's shift time?

For the system to figure out when the current shift has started, we have some assumptions:

  • There should always be more than 8 hours' gap between two different day shifts.

  • If the biggest interval between the two shifts is less than 8 hours, the system cannot understand when the shift begins and ends; it will consider the time between the start of the day and the end of the next day's shift.
