When a file (attachments, manuals, instructions) is attached to a production order, product or machine; it can be visualized in the tablet.

First, be sure that in the production orders, the cellphone icon is in green.

In the tablet, click in the bottom “View files”, two sections appear.

The first one shows the attached files of production orders, products and machines that are in progress or are currently used. Below, the files attached and enabled for production orders, products and machines that are not in progress are showed. These files can be accessed any time.

To recognize that a product or a production order has at least one attached file, a document icon will appear in the right side of the square.
