It is possible to attach files in Autodesk Fusion Operations. When a file (such as attachments, manuals, or instructions) is linked to a Production Order, Product, or Machine, it can be viewed on the Tablet / Mobile application. First, be sure that in the production orders/Products/Machines, the cellphone icon is in green.

1. In the tablet, look for the button “View files”, and click on it.

2. You can choose to view the file from a Production Order in progress (1), or directly select the Production Order, Product, or Machine from which you want to view the file.

The first section displays files attached to Production Orders, Products, and Machines that are currently in progress or in use (1).

Below, you will find files attached to Production Orders, Products, and Machines that are not in progress. These files can be accessed at any time (2).

To recognize that a product or a production order has at least one attached file, a document icon will appear in the right side of the square.

1. Is it possible to download the file on the mobile app?

Yes, PDF files can be downloaded on the mobile app.
