How to update a product during Production?

Fusion Operations allows you to update or replace a product that is already in production and therefore has production records assigned to it. This may be necessary in situations where the product identified on the production order is different from the one being produced on the shop floor. There are a few steps you need to follow to make this possible.

1. Go to the desired production order and edit it. For this press on the production order tab (1) and select the production order code (2).

2. Press "Add product"

3. Add the correct product to the production order and save it.

4.Go to all production records related to that production order.

For this select the production records tab (1), filter by the production order code (2), and edit the records (3) through the action button.

5. Add the correct "operation.product" on the production record by selecting the "Operation" field dropdown. Make sure to save after.

6. Repeat this process for all production records of that production order.

7. When no more production records exist for the incorrect product, delete it from the production order by pressing the "trash" button.

8. Save the production Order.
