Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics dashboard is where you will be able to analyze your production, its big picture, and its intricate details.

In order to analyze your production data more closely using analytics, please follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Analytics Menu in the Side Panel.

2. The Analytics Dashboard has tabs and graphs. You can create a new tab by clicking on “New tab” (1). Give it a name and click “CONFIRM” (2).

3. Now that you have a blank tab, you can create a new graph by pressing “+New graph”. A graph will be automatically generated with default settings, which you will be able to configure as you may.

4. Select the ‘Date Range’ that refers to the time interval to be presented. You have several options available: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, or Custom Range.

Available Filters

You can filter your results by several elements that compose the production records. For example, you can filter the productivity by a single production order or a worker, as shown below.

Object of Analysis

In the Analytics Dashboard, there are several types and factors of analysis.

You can select the type of data you want to see (1) and how you want to view it by selecting the small icons at the bottom (2).

Productivity: You can visualize the productivity with respect to below entities.

  • Overall Productivity with respect to days: When you select the Productivity tab (1) along with the graphical icon (2), the Overall productivity graph will be created for the days between the selected range.

  • Productivity with respect to Products: You can visualize the productivity with respect to the products by selecting the Productivity tab (1) and bar chart icon (2).

You can also take into consideration several Objects of Analysis.

  • Production Order - To analyze a specific Production Order you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Production Order that you want to analyze.

  • Worker – To analyze a specific Worker you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective the Worker who you want to analyze.

The same procedure is valid for the “Product Family”, “Product” and “Operation” fields.

You can also cross objects with each other. For instance, if you want to perform an OEE analysis regarding a specific Worker in a specific Production Order select that Production Order and that Worker and the OEE type of analysis to see that data. If you want to analyze the Operation of a given Product, for example, you can also do it.

Total time – Number of minutes that should have been produced for the selected time interval.

You can also view the results as a table (1) and export it as a PDF or CSV file (2).
