The Analytics dashboard is where you will be able to analyze your production, its big picture, and its intricate details.
In order to analyze your production data more closely using analytics, please follow the instructions below:
Create a New Dashboard
1. Navigate to the Analytics Menu in the Side Panel.
2. The Analytics Dashboard has tabs and graphs. You can create a new tab by clicking on “New tab” (1). Give it a name and click “CONFIRM” (2).
3. Now that you have a blank tab, you can create a new graph by pressing “+New graph”. A graph will be automatically generated with default settings, which you will be able to configure as you may.
4. Select the ‘Date Range’ that refers to the time interval to be presented. You have several options available: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, or Custom Range.
Object of Analysis
In the Analytics Dashboard, there are several types and factors of analysis.
You can select the type of data you want to see (1) and how you want to view it by selecting the small icons at the bottom (2).
Productivity
You can visualize the productivity with respect to below entities.
When the Productivity tab (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, the Overall productivity graph will be created for the days between the selected range.
When the Productivity tab (1) and the bar chart icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the average productivity of each product for the selected range.
When the Productivity tab (1) and the worker icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the average productivity of the workers for the selected range.
When the Productivity tab (1) and the machine icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the average productivity of the machines for the selected range.
When the last icon (marked in the screenshot below) is selected with any other type, a dashboard with Global OEE Indicators will be shown for the selected range. Click here to learn more about OEE, Productivity, Availability, and Quality.
Waste Code
You can visualize and compare the waste codes used by selecting different combinations.
When the Waste Code type (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, a graph will be presented that shows the number of waste codes being used on different dates within the selected range.
When the Waste Code (1) and the bar chart icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the total number of times each waste code is used within the selected range.
When the Waste Code type (1) and the worker icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the number of waste codes each worker used within the selected range.
When the Waste Code type (1) and the machine icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the number of waste codes used by each machine within the selected range.
Quantity
You can visualize and compare the different quantities, such as Finished products, operations, wastes, etc., with respect to the workers and machines for the selected range.
When the Quantity (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, a graph will be presented that shows the Operation Quantity in a Yellow color line, Waste Quantity in a light blue color line, and Finished product quantity in a red color line on different dates within the selected range.
When the Quantity (1) and the bar chart icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the total quantity of Operations completed, the number of waste produced, and the products finished in yellow, light blue, and red color bars, respectively, in the selected range.
When the Quantity (1) and the worker icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the quantity of Operations completed, the number of wastes produced, and the products finished in yellow, light blue, and red color bars, respectively, by each worker in the selected range.
When the Quantity (1) and the machine icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the quantity of Operations completed, the number of wastes produced, and the products finished in yellow, light blue, and red color bars, respectively, by each machine within the selected range.
Time
When the Time (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, a graph will be presented that shows the estimated time and the actual produced time in yellow and light blue color lines, respectively, on different dates within the selected range.
When the Time (1) and the bar chart icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the total estimated time and the produced time per product, in yellow and light blue color bars, respectively, in the selected range.
When the Time (1) and the worker icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the total estimated time and the produced time per worker, in yellow and light blue color bars, respectively, in the selected range.
When the Time (1) and the machine icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the total estimated time and the produced time per machine, in yellow and light blue color bars, respectively, in the selected range.
OEE
You can visualize and compare the OEE and its factors on different dates with respect to the dates, workers, and machines for the selected range.
When the OEE (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, a graph with 4 different color lines will be presented that shows the Productivity in yellow, Availability in light blue, Quality in red, and global OEE, in green, on different dates within the selected range.
When the OEE (1) and the bar chart icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the Productivity in yellow, Availability in light blue, Quality in red, and global OEE in green, with respect to the products for the selected range.
When the OEE (1) and the worker icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows Productivity in yellow, Availability in light blue, Quality in red, and global OEE in green, with respect to the workers for the selected range.
When the Time (1) and the machine icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the Productivity in yellow, Availability in light blue, Quality in red, and global OEE in green, with respect to the machines for the selected range.
Downtime
You can visualize and compare the Downtimes and their factors on different dates with respect to the dates, workers, and machines for the selected range.
When the Downtime (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, a graph will be presented that shows the estimated time and the actual produced time in yellow and light blue color lines, respectively, on different dates within the selected range.
When the Downtime (1) and the graphical icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the comparison of total downtime (minutes) by each downtime type within the selected range.
When the Downtime (1) and the worker icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the comparison of total downtime (minutes) by each worker within the selected range.
When the Downtime (1) and the machine icon (2) are selected, a bar chart will be presented that shows the comparison of total downtime (minutes) by each machine within the selected range.
Available Filters
You can filter the results for the specific entity, such as Production Order, Section, Worker, Machine, Product Family, Product, and Operation.
Production Order - To analyze a specific Production Order you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Production Order that you want to analyze.
Section - To analyze a specific Section you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective the Section that you want to analyze.
Worker – To analyze a specific Worker you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Worker that you want to analyze.
Machine – To analyze a specific Machine you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Machine that you want to analyze.
Product Family – To analyze a specific Product Family you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Product Family that you want to analyze.
Product – To analyze a specific Product you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Product that you want to analyze.
Operation – To analyze a specific Operation you just have to press its respective text box and, from the list that pops up, choose the respective Operation that you want to analyze.
You can also view the results as a table (1) and export it as a PDF or CSV file (2).
