A Non-Conformity Record allows you to report and track an issue or inconsistency identified on the shop floor. Before creating a record, you must have a Non-Conformity Form already configured. Check this article to learn how to create Non-Conformity form.
How to create a Non-Conformity Record
1. Navigate to Quality (1) from the side panel, select Non-Conformity Records (2), and click Add Non-Conformity Record (3).
2. Enter a unique Code for the Non-Conformity Record and select the appropriate Non-Conformity Form.
3. Once the Non-Conformity Form is selected, the Creation and Review sections will appear. Fill in the relevant information.
Worker: Worker who reported or identified the Non-Conformity
Submitted Date: Date and time when the Non-Conformity was reported
Parameters: Parameters configured in the Creation section of the selected Non-Conformity Form
Depending on how the Non-Conformity Form is configured, additional fields such as: Product, Production Order, Sales Order, or Purchase Order may appear. Fields configured as Mandatory must be filled in, while fields configured as Optional can be left empty.
The parameters in the Review section do not need to be completed when creating the Non-Conformity Record. They can be left empty and completed later during the review process.
4. Click Save Non-Conformity Record to save and close the record, Save and Continue Editing to save and continue editing, or Save and Add Another to save and create a new Non-Conformity Record.
