How to create Non-Conformity Forms?

First, it is necessary to have correct permissions assigned to be able to create or edit Non-Conformity Forms. Ask your admin to check the Users->Roles tab to make sure that the correct setting is applied to the roles that should have an access to this feature (it is listed in the Quality section).

If the permissions are assigned, you can follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Quality (1) tab and choose the Non-Conformity Forms (2) option

2. Click the Add Non-Conformity Form button (3)

3. Fill out the obligatory fields:

  • Code - unique code to be assigned to a form

  • Name (form) - use this field to customize the name of the form asked to workers on the app

  • Text shown on tablet - use this field to enter additional information to be shown on the app, while workers are filling the form

Below you will see the Creation tab. It will include a set of parameters asked when creating the Non-Conformity in the mobile app or in the back office. Both fields are mandatory, and those are:

  • Name (creation form) - use this field to customize the name of the form asked to workers on the app

  • Parameters - that can be chosen from the drop-down menu. Notice that you can also add a new parameter if necessary. Just start typing the parameter and select the option "create new". To save the form, it is necessary to fill out those parameters.

Image and signature parameters are not supported when filling non-conformities via back-office. If you add any of these parameter types, make sure the form is submitted via the mobile app.

Next is the Review field which is similar to the previous one, but it will contain a set of parameters asked when reviewing the Non-Conformity only in the back office. It is mandatory to fill the parameters marked as obligatory to move the non-conformity records associated to this form to status Open (Pending Review).

The last section contains the obligatory Advanced Fields and those are:

  • Ask for Product on creation form

  • Ask for Production Order on creation form

  • Ask for Sales Order on creation form

  • Ask for Purchase Order on creation form

All of them have drop-down menu with 3 options to be chosen:

  • No

  • Optional

  • Mandatory

4. When all the data is added, click the Save Non-Conformity Form button.
You can also use the Save and Continue Editing option to make any changes to this form or Save and Add Another to start a new one.

And that's it, a Non-Conformity Form was added!
