How to export data from the different menus / Apply filters

In Autodesk Fusion Operations, it is possible to export data, considering the applied filters, from several menus like Products, Production orders and many more.

Inventory Export

1. Go to the Inventory page (1) and apply the appropriate data filters (2) to define the data for export, such as filtering by warehouse location or product families.

2. Once the filters are selected, either choose the specific products you want to export (1) or press "Select All" (2) to include everything that meets the filtered criteria, and select "Export Excel" (3).


3. Review the following options and select any that you would like to include in your export. Afterwards click confirm.


4. From the "Recent Exports" (1) tab, press "Download" (2) to save the file to your computer.

Products Export

1. Go to the "products" panel (1) and apply the appropriate data filters (2) to define the data for export, such as filtering by product families.

2. Once the filters are selected, either choose the specific products you want to export (1) or press "Select All" (2) to include everything that meets the filtered criteria and select "Export Excel" (3).

3. From the "Recent Exports" (1) tab, press "Download" (2) to save the file to your computer.

Pro-Tip: You can also export Bill of Materials from the products page.

Production Records Export

1. Go to the "Production Records" panel (1) and apply the appropriate data filters (2) to define the data for export, such as filtering by production order or time.

2. Once the filters are selected, either choose the specific records you want to export (1) or press "Select All" (2) to include everything that meets the filtered criteria and select "Export Excel" (3).


3. From the "Recent Exports" (1) tab, press "Download" (2) to save the file to your computer.


Production Orders Export

1. Go to the "Production Orders" panel (1) and apply the appropriate data filters (2) to define the data for export, such as filtering by start and due date.

2. Once the filters are selected, either choose the specific Production Orders you want to export (1) or press "Select All" (2) to include everything that meets the filtered criteria and select "Export Excel" (3).

3. From the "Recent Exports" (1) tab, press "Download" (2) to save the file to your computer.

Sales Orders Export

1. Go to the "Sales Orders" panel (1) and apply the appropriate data filters (2) to define the data for export, such as filtering by client or shipping.

2. Once the filters are selected, either choose the specific Sales Order you want to export (1) or press "Select All" (2) to include everything that meets the filtered criteria and select "Export Excel" (3).

3. From the "Recent Exports" (1) tab, press "Download" (2) to save the file to your computer.

Purchase Orders Export

1. Go to the "Purchase Orders" panel (1) and apply the appropriate data filters (2) to define the data for export, such as filtering by suppliers or receiving.

2. Once the filters are selected, either choose the specific Purchase Order you want to export (1) or press "Select All" (2) to include everything that meets the filtered criteria and select "Export Excel" (3).

3. From the "Recent Exports" (1) tab, press "Download" (2) to save the file to your computer.
