Autodesk Fusion Operations allows different approaches to assigning the shipping code to the Production Order, you can check them below. To learn how to create a Production Order, check this article.

There are several ways of adding shipping to production orders:

1. Go to "Production Orders" (1) in the sidebar and click on “+ADD PRODUCTION ORDER” (2).

2. Open the “Advanced Fields” in the Production Order Screen.

3. Assign the shipping by clicking on the Shipping field (1) and selecting it from the dropdown. Remember to Save the Production Order (2).

Autodesk Fusion Operation also allows you to assign shipping codes while importing Multiple POs. By adding the shipping code in the importer, it will automatically link to the respective PO upon import.

When creating a Sales Order, Fusion Operations will automatically create the shipping code for you. Check this article to learn how to create a Sales Order.

That shipping code can be assigned automatically when a Production Order/Job is created from a Sales Order, but only if one of the two highlighted options is selected.

1. Production Orders screen

In the Production Orders screen, search the PO code to which you want to assign the shipping. Edit it by clicking either on “PO2-PA” (1) or on the edit icon from the action column (2).

2. Production Order screen

In the Production Order screen, scroll down to navigate to the Advanced Fields (1), select Shipping from dropdown (2), and Save the Production Order (3).

Note: Before assigning Shipping to a Production Order, you need to have the Shipping already created in the Sales Order.
