For the shop floor, the management of licenses is made directly in Fusion Operations by adding new workers or enabling disabled workers.

The available licenses are shown on the workers page:

Note that if you don't have any shop floor subscriptions no information on licenses will be displayed on the workers' page.

1. Why am I getting the error: "You are currently using all available licenses for Workers. Please contact support for more information."?

This happens when you try to add a worker without available shop-floor licenses. Ask your admin to check the section "How to buy additional subscriptions" to fix this issue.
