How to create your Fusion Operations hub?

For this, please follow the steps below:
1. Access your Autodesk account by following this link
2. Go to 'Products and Services'
3. Select 'Access' under Fusion Operations - admin.
4. After the image below is shown, select the team (1), enter the hub name (2), and click on Create Hub (3).
5. After this process, you can click on Go to Fusion Operations and you will be redirected to the Fusion Operations tenant previously selected.
You know the hub provisioning was successful if the top blue banner "Trial period expires in x days" disappears.

Bring your own license Concept (BYOL)
"Bring Your Own License” or BYOL is a policy that defines access to Fusion Operations. Administrators can invite other Fusion Operations users to join their company without assigning one of their own seats.
For example, the email "jane.doe@gmail.com" is the main administrator of two teams: Team1 and Team2.
Subscriptions for Autodesk Fusion Operations - admin were bought for each one of the teams:
Team1 - 1 subscription with 10 Autodesk Fusion Operations - admin seats
Team2 - 1 subscription with 1 Autodesk Fusion Operations - admin seat
This means that all the emails assigned to the subscription seats belonging to Team1 can also be users in the Team2 company. To achieve this, the users only need to be invited to the corresponding company of Team2 within Fusion Operations.
In resume, an email has access to Fusion Operation as long as both conditions are met:
1) That email has a valid license (regardless of the team) in the AUM
2) That email was invited into Fusion Operations, as a user, and it is enabled
FAQ:
1. Why some of my workers were disabled after hub provisioning?
This means that you bought fewer shopfloor licenses than the number of active workers.
For example, if you bought 3 shop floor licenses and had 5 active workers during the trial, 2 will be automatically disabled.
The rule to disable workers is: First, the workers with no production records; then, the workers with the oldest production records (meaning workers who have not produced for the longest time are disabled first).
2. What will happen if the payment date is overdue?
A banner will be displayed in Fusion Operations for 30 days, as the one in the image below.
After that period the users access will be blocked and it will present the message of the user without a license.
3. Why am I getting the error: "Unable to create hub and activate fusion operations."?
Make sure that the Hub name doesn't have any special characters except from:
Upper and lower case alphabets
Any numbers
. (period) : (colon) - (dash) _ (underscore)
If it has please remove it and try again. The Hub name doesn't need to be exactly the same as the Fusion Operations account.
4. Where should I report issues with licensing?
Go to Autodesk.com and press the chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen.
