A User license allows you to freely access the management and the mobile interface menu according to your permissions.
Please follow the steps below to Assign/unassign a license from a user.
How to Assign/unassign a license from a user?
1. Access your Autodesk account by selecting on this link
2. Go to User Management tab and select the option "By user".
3. You will be presented with the list of users. Press the chosen user to open their profile (to add a new user not from the list in the top right corner, select '+invite users').
Note: Make sure the new user is also invited into the Fusion Operations account; otherwise, an error may be presented when trying to access.
4. In the image below, you can see the user page and the button to unassign/assign the user license highlighted in red.
Only when adding a new user, the number of seats available is shown.

1. Why am I getting the error below?
"You do not have a valid license, please acquire one"?
"Please contact Fusion Operations for changes in licensing"
This happens if you do not have a valid license to access Fusion Operations, please ask your admin to verify the section "How to Assign/unassign a license from a user?".
