In Autodesk Fusion Operations, all the back-office users can create or link an existing worker for themselves without consuming additional shopfloor licenses.
On the article below it will be detailed how to associate your user to a brand new worker (Step 2) or to an already existing one (Step 3).
1. Go to your user menu (1) on the top right corner and open your profile (2).
2. Under Advanced Fields, go to the "Assigned Workers" field (1) and enter the name according to the format "Number - Name" (2) to create a new worker for the user.
Example below:
Worker Number: 1997
Worker Name: Thejus JC
Expected Format: 1997 - Thejus JC
3. Or, select an existing worker to link with the User.
4. Then click "Save User".
5. Press confirm (beware that this action is irreversible).
FAQ:
1. What will happen if the worker's name is different from the user's name?
When the selected worker name does not match the user's name, the system will automatically update the worker to match the user's name.
