On the shop floor, knowing which products consumed a specific product and lot
is crucial for quality control, compliance, and efficiency. Autodesk Fusion Operations allows you to check this information easily by generating an inventory movements report.
Let's analyze the example for the product "Sugar" with Lot number "41025-BN-A001" and understand when and where it was consumed.
1. Navigate to the Reports (1) and click on the "Inventory Movements" tab (2).
Click here to learn more about the Inventory movements report.
2. Filter the dates to retrieve data for your desired duration.
3. Filter the Product and the Lot number for which you want to trace the material. In this example, we will add product as "Sugar" (1) and Lot Number as "41025-BN-A001" (2).
4. Enable the "Consumption" filter at the bottom (1) and click on the Generate Report (2).
5. The report generated will include:
The product and lot that consumed the product under analysis (1)
The production order in which this product was consumed (2)
The operation in which this product and the lot were consumed (3)
You can also export the report to Excel or PDF.
