Autodesk Fusion Operations allows you to connect with other softwares through an integration with Zapier.
This means receiving and sending information in Fusion Operations from other softwares that are not integrated with us is possible.
This article explains how to set it up and what data triggers and actions are available from Zapier to Fusion Operations and vice-versa.
Before starting these steps, please contact us to make sure everything is ready in terms of settings.
Connect both systems
1. To access the integration page click on the Company name or picture and select 'Integrations' (only available for admin users)
2. Find Zapier, at the bottom of the page, and press 'Configure'
3. Enter your Zapier account and it should be connected after this step.

What actions and triggers are available?
First, let clarify what is a trigger and an action.
A trigger is what starts the Zapier communication, and it can have one or more actions, which are the events that the Zapier performs after it’s triggered.
In other words, the trigger is a from and the action is a where-to.

Yes, the communication is made from other softwares to Zapier and then to Fusion Operations and vice-versa. Nevertheless, you can also use our Webhooks service.
2. Can I send information to Fusion Operations from any software in the market?
No, only if the software is integrated with Zapier. To check which are available press here.
3. How can I migrate my connections to the new app version?
When your app gets a new version, Zapier can automatically migrate your existing Zaps to the new app version.
When you press 'Update' all your Zaps and connections will use the new app version but some testing will be needed to make sure everything is in order.
