Upcoming improvements to lists

See in this article upcoming changes on the way information will be displayed and exported in Fusion Operations

We're announcing that several improvements to the information available in the lists will be made available in the near future. These changes are aimed at helping users visualize the relevant data, making the displayed information more consistent, and exporting data from the software in an easier manner. See below the changes that will take place:

1. Production Records list

The following columns will be added to the export: Product Code, Product Name, Operation Code, and Operation Name. The existing Operation column will be removed.

a. Current columns: Start Time, End Time, Operation, Section, Quantity, Waste, Worker, Production Order, Production Order Description, Boxes, Shipping, Finished, Machine, Lot/Batch Number, Parameters

b. New columns: Start Time, End Time, Section, Product Code, Product Name, Operation Code, Operation Name, Quantity, Waste, Worker, Production Order, Production Order Description, Boxes, Shipping, Finished, Machine, Lot/Batch Number, Parameters


2. Sales Orders list

The following column will be added to the export: Parameters. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Client, Products, Total quantity, Creation Date, Due date, Shippings, Observations

b. New columns: Code, Client, Products, Total quantity, Creation Date, Due date, Shippings, Observations, Parameters

3. Purchase Orders list

The following columns will be added to the export: Products, Total Quantity, Due Date, Receiving, Observations, and Parameters. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Supplier, Creation Date

b. New columns: Code, Supplier, Products, Total quantity, Creation Date, Due date, Receiving, Observations, Parameters

4. Quotes list

The following columns will be added to the export: Products, Total Quantity, Due Date, Shipping, Observations, and Parameters. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Client, Creation Date

b. New columns: Code, Client, Products, Total quantity, Creation Date, Due date, Shippings, Observations, Parameters

5. Downtime Reason Codes list

The following columns will be added to the export: Allow worker to insert additional notes, Calendar, Reason code for workers, Requires Worker. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Description, Planned, Reclassifiable

b. New columns: Code, Description, Planned, Reclassifiable, Allow worker to insert additional notes, Calendar, Reason code for workers, Requires worker

6. Products list

The following column will be added to the export: Variable parameters. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Name, Operations, Families, Standard UOM, UOM - Purchase Orders, UOM - Weight, UOM Conversions Group, Parameters, Minimum inventory, Maximum inventory, Minimum quantity to reorder, Quantity multiple, Unit cost, Unit price, Unit weight, Lead Time (days), Serializable, Observations, Enabled

b. New columns: Code, Name, Operations, Families, Standard UOM, UOM - Purchase Orders, UOM - Weight, UOM Conversions Group, Parameters, Variable Parameters, Receiving Checklist, Minimum inventory, Maximum inventory, Minimum quantity to reorder, Quantity multiple, Unit cost, Unit price, Unit weight, Lead Time (days), Serializable, Observations, Enabled

7. Operations list

The following column will be added to the export: Position. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Name, Product Code, Product Name, Cycle Time, Customer Time, Qtt on this time, Standard time, Section, Process Template Code, Process Template Name, Waste, Parameters, Checklists, Machines, Labels, Work Instructions, Lead Time (days), No. of times per product, Unit of measurement, Team Operation, Allow to input lot number, Input recovery serial number, Multiple products/POs simultaneously (multi), No quantity record, No time record, Optional, Prepare Batch Order, Enable barcode printing, Quantity at checkin, Recovery, Enabled

b. New columns: Code, Name, Product Code, Product Name, Cycle Time, Customer Time, Qtt on this time, Standard time, Section, Process Template Code, Process Template Name, Waste, Parameters, Checklists, Machines, Labels, Work Instructions, Lead Time (days), No. of times per product, Unit of measurement, Team Operation, Allow to input lot number, Input recovery serial number, Multiple products/POs simultaneously (multi), No quantity record, No time record, Optional, Prepare Batch Order, Enable barcode printing, Quantity at checkin, Recovery, Production Flow Order, Enabled

8. Maintenance Orders list

The following columns will be added to the export: Checklist. No existing columns will be removed.

a. Current columns: Code, Description, Type, Priority, Status, Workers, Estimated duration, Due date, Asset

b. New columns: Code, Description, Type, Priority, Status, Workers, Estimated duration, Due date, Asset, Checklist

9. Punch Clock Records list

The columns order will be changed by swapping the columns Worker and Date, and the hyperlink will be in the date instead of the worker.

a. Current columns order: Worker, Date, Type, Delay

b. New columns order: Date, Worker, Type, Delay

10. Users list

A hyperlink will be added to the full name column that forwards to the user edit page.

11. Work Instructions list

A hyperlink will be added to the code column that forwards to the work instructions edit page.

12. Productions report

Similarly to the production record list and export, 4 additional columns will be added to the export: Product Code, Product Name, Operation Code, and Operation Name. The existing Operation column will be removed.
When exporting this report with Downtime Records included, the Downtime Reason Code will be available in the "Operation Code" column.

a. Current columns: Start Time, End Time, Worker, Machine, Operation, Prod. Ord., Productivity, Quality rate, Qty, Unit of measurement, Time Est., Time Work, Time Deviation, Avg Pieces/Hour Est., Avg Pieces/Hour Actual

b. New columns: Start Time, End Time, Worker, Machine, Product Code, Product Name, Operation Code, Operation Name, Prod. Ord., Lot/Batch Number, Productivity, Quality rate, Qty, Unit of measurement, Time Est., Time Work, Time Deviation, Avg Pieces/Hour Est., Avg Pieces/Hour Actual
