Added new API endpoints to add, list, edit, and delete Operations cycle times and quantity ratios
These endpoints now allow to add new Operations cycle times and quantity ratios instead of updating an existing one (and, as a consequence, affect historical data productivity). The documentation can be found in this link.

Filters usability improvements:
filters can now be pinned and unpinned, meaning they won't be removed from the top of the list when filters are reset,
filter content can be cleared, meaning the multiple entities being filtered can be cleared at the distance of a click,
filter input is now automatically focused after selecting the filter,
"+add filter" option has been removed from the top right of the list, and is now only available on the top of the list.
