In Fusion Operations listing pages you have an 'Action' column with several buttons, the buttons presented will vary between listing pages, below it will be detailed which are the buttons available and their functionalities.

Going top to bottom, let's check the buttons in the action columns.

Actions buttons

Production orders/Jobs Listing

In the production orders/jobs listing, there are eight buttons in the action column. Below we will detail their use, going from top to bottom, left to right:

  • Edit button: represented by the pencil symbol. When pressed, the Production order/Job will open, allowing it to be edited.

  • Delete button: represented by a garbage can. When pressed a confirmation message will be displayed, check the image below:

    • if there are dependencies the message "Error! Unable to delete Production Order because some Production Records depend on it." will be displayed in red, as per the image below:

    • if there are no dependencies it will be deleted

  • Report button: represented by a chart symbol. It automatically generates a Productions report for that specific production order/job since the first record was made and it includes consumed products

The following 3 buttons change the presentation after being used. We can see the open is highlighted in red, with the tablet being Active or not, the closed is highlighted in blue with the Checked/Unchecked box, and the archived is highlighted in green with the closed/opened box.

  • Activate/Remove from tablet button: represented by a tablet in a landscape position. It shows/hides the production order/job from the mobile device. It is very useful to only show on the tablet the ongoing production orders/jobs instead of all the planned ones. Another way of seeing which orders/jobs are available in the tablet is via the green bar on the left of each order:

  • Open/Close button: represented by a Checked/Unchecked box. It will change the status of the production order/job from open to closed and vice-versa. It will help organizing the finished vs ongoing productions.

  • Archive/Unarchive button: represented by a closed/opened box. As the previous one, it will change the status of the production order/job - in this case from archived to unarchive and vice-versa. All the canceled, completed and other types of production orders/jobs that don't fit in the open and closed ones can be stored here for historical purposes.

  • Materials needed button: represented by a two-level organogram. It allows you to see a report of Planned consumption for that production order/job.

  • Header sheets button: represented by a barcode. It generates a document with detailed information on the products and operations being performed and their corresponding barcodes/QR codes.
